Massage Therapist (Student)
Amy Stanford
Hi, I’m Amy! I’m currently a first-year massage therapy student at ACMT in Red Deer, where I’m building a strong foundation in relaxation massage. My goal is to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) specializing in deep tissue work, and I’m excited to continue expanding my skills by exploring other therapeutic techniques as I grow in my career.
I’ve always been passionate about natural healing and helping others feel their best—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Massage therapy felt like a natural path for me, combining my interest in holistic wellness with hands-on care. I’m inspired by the way massage can reduce stress, ease pain, and create space for people to reconnect with themselves. Becoming a massage therapist allows me to bring comfort, relief, and balance to others, and that’s something I find deeply rewarding.
When I’m not studying or practicing massage, you’ll find me playing guitar, exploring nature, traveling the world, or diving into my interest in herbology. I believe in a natural, holistic approach to wellness, and I bring that passion into every session.
I look forward to helping you unwind, reset, and feel your best—one massage at a time.
